The Death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

East Preston Parish Council joins the nation in mourning the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

The Chairman, Cllr Steve Toney, made this statement: “Throughout her life, Her Majesty has been at the heart of British life. For the past 70 years she has led an impeccable life, leading the country to many national and international successes whilst managing her own personal challenges.

East Preston Parish Council sends all members of the Royal Family its sincere condolences.

May she rest in peace.

Book of Condolence

The East Preston book of condolence is currently in the Council Office and will be available there on Monday morning (12th) should anyone wish to come in and sign in it.

Flowers may be left at St Mary the Virgin Church, Vicarage Lane, East Preston, BN16 2SP. Please respec the wishes of Her Majesty and leave flowers unwrapped.
