The Parish Council is able to set a precept for funding and is responsible for the following services:-

The Warren Recreation Ground and Tennis Court, Sea Road

The Village Green including the adjacent car-park

The Bowling Green and Pavilion, Sea Lane

Land at the Angmering-on-Sea Tennis Club, Homelands Avenue

The small copse known as Two Acres, between Sea Road and Sea Lane

Footpaths and signs on Parish Council owned land

The public toilets in Sea Road and South Strand

Various bus shelters and lamposts in the village

Decorative lighting in the village

The Council Office in Sea Road

The Village Hall is managed by an independent body, whose Chairman is Christine Merrington-Trice, contactable via 07591 480815 or epkvh@yahoo.com.
