EAST PRESTON NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

The East Preston Neighbourhood Plan was formally made in March 2015. Over the past three years the parish council has been working with a small team of local residents to review the plan and to revise it where the team felt necessary. 

You now have the chance to comment upon the East Preston Neighbourhood Plan 2024-2031 Pre-Submission Plan which is now published for a six week period of public consultation in accordance with Regulations 14 and 21 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 and EU Directive 2001/42 on Strategic Environmental Assessment (where applicable).

The six weeks statutory consultation period ends at the end of Sunday, 8th June 2025. We would be grateful for any representations you wish to make by this deadline.
