Role
The purpose of the Flat and Frontage Committee is to oversee improvements to the council's two office buildings: 118-120 Sea Road and 122-124 Sea Road. The committee is also responsible for ensuring the two flats above these buildings are also fit for purpose.
Membership
The current membership of the Committee is Cllrs Bowman, Gale, Gunston, Linton, McElroy, Moore and Toney. As Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Council respectively, Cllrs Toney and Linton are entitled to attend and vote at committee meetings.
Meetings are held ad-hoc at the Council Office, 122 Sea Road, East Preston.
